How do I access a copy of my original consent form/other consent addendums?Consent forms for the initial phase of the INSPIRE Study can be found in your Hugo Health account. If you deleted or no longer have access to your account, please reach out to your INSPIRE Study site team for further assistance. Click here to contact your research team.

How do I access a copy of my consent addendum for the extension of the study?You should have received a copy of your consent addendum through email once you completed it. If you did not receive a copy, please contact study staff at your site to have them send you a copy. Click here to contact your research team.

Do I still need my Hugo Health account?Having a Hugo Health account is no longer required to participate in the INSPIRE study. All consent addendums and surveys will now be distributed through a different platform called REDCap.

Is the INSPIRE Study still collecting data from my electronic health record?​The INSPIRE Study is currently not collecting additional data from participants’ electronic health records. It is not a requirement to connect your healthcare portal to Hugo Health, and it is no longer required for participants to maintain a Hugo Health account.​​

What is REDCap?REDCap is a HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliant platform committed to keeping participant data safe. All consent addendums and surveys will now be distributed through REDCap.

I do not want to participate in INSPIRE anymore. Can I withdraw from the study?Participation is voluntary. You can withdraw from the study at any time by contacting us.
